The TRSG* would like to invite you all to complete an Employee Survey. This is to better understand how much initiatives and policies already in place are beneficial and support you in your job and what further we can do to keep you here and support you in your career.
It should take a maximum of 10 minutes to complete and can easily be done from your company smart ‘phone, tablet or PC / laptop. The survey is completely anonymous (via Microsoft Forms) so please answer freely.
The survey is open to all employees of Pickerings Lifts.

*The TRSG (Talent Retention Steering Group) is a steering group with Leadership Team support and is made up of Managers from across the business streams including Central Services, Loading Systems, Escalators, and Lift Maintenance & Repair developing people focussed retention initiatives with operations always in mind.
